Return policy

The return policy is obeying the Government Ordinance nr. 130 since August 31st 2000. According to the mentioned legislation, The Consumer has the right to send a written announcement to the retailer, without giving any reason and any additional costs, to notify the return of the product within 10 days since the consumer has received the package. The product can only be returned in perfect conditions, in it's original packaging, without any wearing out signs.

The return policy is applicable only on the products delivered by courier. The orders that have been picked up from our headquarter or delivered by our firm directly to the client by their own personal will not be considered a long distance delivery since the product can be viewed, checked and accepted. Therefore the product is according to the customer's needs and it will not be accepted for return.

Romanian legislation forecasts the following: "The Consumer has the right to denounce unilateral the long distance delivery within 10 days without any reason and without any additional costs. The charges that may appear on behalf of the Consumer are the direct product refund charges".

The delivery costs for returning the product will be charged to the consumers account. Our firm will refund the counter value directly to your bank account or by regular mail delivery within 30 days since receiving the package. The refund will be supported by the Customer.

The 10 days period starts after the Consumer receives the products.
